We went to the zoo this morning with a friend. The weather was beautiful, and the kids were animated! The highlights were the giant turtles and the gorilla who started making faces, and sticking his lips on the glass and making all the kids squeal with delight (see photo below)

Sometimes I feel like that turtle when I'm eating...I just want to lay my head down in to a big leafy bed of lettuce. The fact that they even call it a "bed" of lettuce makes me sleepy sometimes after a long day.
