Sweats together!!!!! Well, due to the necessity of exercise for both of the thirty-somethings in this family, we have begun to bike! Our good friends who moved last week gave Rusty a bicycle, so we went ahead and got a "cheepie" for me, and a trailer for the kids. We took 'em out for their first spin tonight. "Puhddy tool!" (Pretty cool, as Hud would say). They definitely got the ol' heart rate up, and gave a good burn to the quads! Here we come, Tour de Neighborhood!!

Looking good on the bikes! However, I only see helmet on one rider... We don't need that kind of job security. Take care, love you guys.
AWESOME! Is there room for Aunt Jana in that trailor? Looks a little crowded! I love Hanhah's pink helmet! Flippin' Sweet!
